
Mihael A Jeklic
Mihael is a Lecturer and the Director of Professional Skills at The School of Law at King’s College London. Before joining academia, Mihael was a principal banker with a development bank in London in the asset financing and private equity sectors. His academic research focuses on cognition in negotiation and strategic decision making with special emphasis on optimization strategies in negotiation, and cognitive biases and debiasing techniques in decision making relevant to litigation and arbitration. Mihael has taught at Harvard, Ecole Polytechnique, UCP, UCL and QMUL, and frequently coaches and provides corporate training to multinationals. Mihael has a law degree from Harvard and a PhD in psychology from UCL.
