Research on bias in decision-making and negotiation

Our British Academy- and Leverhulme Trust-sponsored research into myside bias in legal contexts – an unconscious confirmatory processing tendency where people generate and test evidence in a way so it fits with what they (want to) believe, which inflates outcome expectations and reduces chances for settlement.

A set of tools assisting judgment and decision making in strategic (inderdependent) contexts as well as negotiation preparation tools.
